Single Ensuite: From £90/night
Small Double Ensuite: From £120/ night
King Double Ensuite: From £140/night
Rates are per night on Room only basis inclusive of Taxes
Special rates apply for Edinburgh events which include, for example, Edinburgh Fringe, rugby weekends and the Edinburgh marathon weekend. Full payment must also be made for these high season bookings.
A deposit of 50% of the booking is required to secure the booking. During our high season period full payment is required.
We require 14 days notice from the date of arrival for a full refund of any payment made. If less then 14 days notice is given: we will need to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked.
During our High Season period- August, Hogmanay, Rugby weekends and Edinburgh events we require 28 days cancellation notice.
